This notice explains what Equipment Outbound does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email address, your company and its website, your job title, and anything you choose to write in the message box. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might be preparing the site survey you asked for, answering a question, or arranging a conversation you asked to have. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are read by the people at Equipment Outbound who are handling your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical information any browser sends when it loads a file.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to kimberly.hampton@equipmentoutbound.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
