What we do

We build the outbound you never turned on. Then we give it to you.

Equipment is bought by careful people. Engineers, plant managers, clinical and lab leads, procurement. They answer when someone has done the reading. Our work is making sure that someone is you, and that your company can keep doing it after we leave.

An exploded drawing of the engine as three rings: a solid core, a housing around it, and an outer ring. A B C
Fig. B. The engine, exploded.
  • A. The core: outbound written for one person.
  • B. The housing: authority your buyer can check.
  • C. The listing: being found when they search or ask.
A

The core

Outbound is the motor, so it gets the most care. We start with the accounts that could plausibly buy what you make, then read about each one before we write a word. Who runs the line. What they bought last. What changed recently.

Then we write to one real person at a time. No templates with a first name dropped in. Every message is reviewed by a human before it leaves, and anyone who asks us to stop is stopped, at once and for good.

Replies come back to your side, so the conversations and the relationships are yours from the first day.

B

The housing

A buyer who gets a good message checks you before they answer. They look at your site, your trade press, your explainer video, if one exists. If what they find is a brochure, the message loses its footing.

So we fit the housing around the core: a site that answers the questions a buyer asks before they call, steady visibility in the publications your market reads, and short video that shows how the equipment earns its place.

C

The listing

More buyers now start with a search box or an AI assistant and ask for a shortlist. If your company is not on it, the evaluation begins without you.

We work on search and on answer engines together, so the pages that explain your equipment are the ones that get read, quoted and recommended.

Who we work with

Established makers with a strong network and no system.

Industrial, medical, laboratory and process equipment. Companies whose name carries weight with the people who already know it, and who have tried hiring their way into new accounts. If your growth has come from distributors, service relationships and the show calendar, we are built for you.

Where we draw the line

What we will not do

  • Send volume for its own sake. A message nobody would read twice does not go out.
  • Sell you a fixed package before we have looked at your setup.
  • Rent you a black box. You can see every account, every message and every reply.
  • Stay forever. The point is that your people run it.
  • Promise outcomes we cannot see yet. We agree a baseline with you up front and report against it.
  • Recommend every channel. If two of them fit your market, we build two.

See your own setup on paper.

The site survey is a free buyer map of your company: what runs, what sits idle, and where an engine would fit. No deck, no obligation.
